O-5 (Lieutenant Colonel) is very likely. O-6 (Col), if you're good.

Until now, payment is made by O-5 after 20 years would be looking at $ 120K per year, with an average housing allowance.

For an O-6 after 20 years would be at $ 133K per year.

I doubt that many doctors and lawyers, usually within twenty-year career, but the Colonel is feasible.
