Where can i get a student loan to study at a technical institue in Ireland? US citizen? - index of loan .jpg

I am a citizen of the United States is currently in Ireland, and I'm willing to take a course at a local technical institute. Specifically: .. Certified Network Professional HSI Limerick current link can be found here: http://www.hsi.ie/index.php?ID=26&type=day&CID=131

The problem for me it is a student loan to get paid for the course. We need to break the bank and borrow? I hoped that I lower interest student loans could find for me, but not to do. Most websites, you can only borrow loans to study. Anyone who has had similar experiences? Any help would be very grateful!
Thank you!

Some schools in foreign countries were approved by the U.S. Department of Education to participate in the student loan program. To determine whether the school would like to participate has been approved http://www.fafsa.ed.gov newspaper and click on Search Schools. "Check your school is registered and if so, please fill out the application the same place. If you are looking for "lender of loans to foreign students." It will give you a list of lenders who lend to U.S. citizens abroad to study. Simply enters through the list with. ... find a job and work with you.
